The team interfaces closely with Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, and senior management. Job Overview We are seeking a senior full-stack software engineer to work on modernization of the Operating Platform. This role combines hands-on engineering leadership and stakeholder partnership. The senior developer will be responsible for the design, reliability, scalability, and evolution of the Operating Platform systems. The ideal candidate is a strong senior developer who has experience in some or all off the following business streams: trading compliance, regulatory reporting, financial data, accounting workflows, and who can translate complex financial processes into robust, auditable, and production-grade systems. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will also be eligible to receive a discretionary year-end bonus.
