The opportunity We are looking for a proactive, technically minded Senior Software Engineer who combines solid engineering fundamentals with a passion for modern, AI-assisted development. Strong problem-solving skills, sound engineering judgment, and a quick-learning mindset are valued above niche specialization. - AI-Assisted Development: Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate software development, debugging, and problem-solving. - Cloud Engineering: Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on at least one major cloud platform (preferably Azure). - Technical Architecture: Intermediate architecture skills with the ability to translate high-level system requirements into actionable component designs. - Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to lead client-facing conversations, clarify complex requirements, and drive technical alignment. - Ownership & Initiative: High accountability and proactivity—someone who takes pride in owning outcomes end-to-end and adapting to changing technical environments.
