--- title: 'Senior Solution Architect - Pre-Sales at NRI North America' canonical: 'https://feeny.ai/job/senior-solution-architect-pre-sales-nri-north-america-green-bay-fwzxvjejbcwb' type: 'job' last_seen: '2026-09-09' --- # Senior Solution Architect - Pre-Sales at NRI North America - **Company:** NRI North America - **Location:** Green Bay, WI - **Compensation:** $155k–$185k - **Employment:** full-time - **Work type:** hybrid - **Posted:** 2026-07-22 - **Last confirmed live:** 2026-09-09 - **Apply:** https://jobs.lever.co/corebts/d48f8361-cb94-455c-a53a-902c4c2ab71c ## Job description The Senior Technical Solution Architect will work directly with customers, assisting account executives in sales calls and business development in a pre-sales capacity, recommending business and technical solutions and creating statements of work. This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to shape the way we engage clients, deliver projects, and adopt new technologies. ## Responsibilities - Creating architectural designs, infrastructure/connectivity analysis & design. - Leading onsite (or virtual) workshops. - Own and manage discovery & design sessions, writing documentation, bills of materials, creating project estimates, and statements of work. - Partner with account executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions with enterprise clients. - Develop and present tailored solution architectures that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices. - Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements. - Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with detailed, solution-specific content. - Influence product development through feedback based on client interactions and market demand. - Mentor junior solution architects and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the pre-sales team. - Collaborate closely with delivery and sales teams to ensure technical feasibility and seamless post-sale transitions. - Maintain deep expertise in company offerings, competitive positioning, and industry trends. - Other duties as assigned and directed. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 7 - 9 years of experience in a solution architect, pre-sales engineer, or related technical consulting role. - Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Confirmed technical knowledge and consultative skills and able to train and disseminate information. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of management, vendors, and customers. - Strong problem solving and analytical/reasoning skills. - Proven time management skills while remaining flexible in responding to changing company and client needs. - Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. - Proven experience designing and presenting complex technical solutions to enterprise-level customers. - CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) ## Benefits You'll love working at NRI not just for the usual benefits, but for our environment and culture!
