You'll work on systems that move real value — crypto and fiat  across institutional-grade platforms. The problems are complex, the stakes are high, and the teams are small enough that your work will have outsized impact. This isn't a "write tests and throw them over the wall" role. You'll shape how your team thinks about quality — designing automation strategies, influencing architecture for testability, and driving reliability across the stack. Depending on your strengths and interests, you'll be placed on one of our product teams: Lending, Trading, Operations, Custody, Settlement, Staking, Derivatives, or Retail (mobile apps on Android and iOS). We're looking for excellent engineers first — we'll find the right seat together. ## What You'll Do - Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and suites for APIs, backend services, web and mobile UI (Android/iOS), and blockchain-integrated components. - Define and drive the quality strategy for your product team — test planning, coverage analysis, risk assessment, and release readiness. - Partner closely with developers, DevOps, and product managers to shift quality left and influence system design for testability. - Analyze test results, production incidents, and system behavior to identify patterns and drive systemic improvements. - Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines that give teams fast, reliable feedback. - Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate test creation, code analysis, and automation workflows. - Contribute to performance testing, security validation, and observability practices. - Mentor other engineers on testing practices, code quality, and automation design.
