Job Summary We’re hiring a Senior Staff Software Engineer to shape the architecture and evolution of Java-based SaaS platforms and shared backend services. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for solving complex distributed systems challenges, leading initiatives across multiple teams, and improving the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of business-critical applications. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Architecture leaders to influence long-term technical direction while remaining closely involved in design and implementation.
