## About Marso Robotics ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Marso Robotics develops autonomous companion robots for logistics and warehouse operations, designed for rapid deployment without complex infrastructure changes. - **Entity Type**: Private (Pre-Seed/Seed stage) - **Headquarters**: Paris, France (with presence in the Netherlands) - **Founded**: 2025 - **Founders**: Louis Caudrelier (CEO), Nicolas Texier (CTO), Thibault Moraisin (CPO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Robotics Engineering / Logistics Automation - **Target customers**: B2B — logistics operators, warehouse managers, and supply chain companies with brownfield facilities where 93% of flows remain manual - **Mission or purpose**: "Autonomous robots designed and built for the field, not the lab" — tackling the hardest manual tasks in logistics that resist traditional automation ## Products & Services - **Autonomous Warehouse Robots**: Mobile robots combining perception, manipulation, and remote supervision to automate tasks like palletizing, de-palletizing, and container unloading. Deployed as a service (Robotics-as-a-Service) without requiring WMS integration or fixed infrastructure. Robots can be operational in under 24 hours and learn continuously from field operations. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Funding**: Not publicly disclosed (early-stage, privately held) - **Key Metric**: Headcount of 13 employees (as of mid-2026), with a monthly growth rate of +15.4% - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Supported by industry operators across AI research, robotics, and large-scale logistics. Selected among the 40 most promising startups at STATION F's "Future 40" program. Winner of Logistique Seine Normandie's second call for innovative projects (June 2026). - **Growth Signals**: - Rapid headcount growth (+15.4% monthly) - Active hiring for a Senior System Engineer role - Opened "MarsHome" — their physical lab/office space for building, testing, and learning - Selected for STATION F, the world's largest startup campus - First partner warehouse deployment (described as "the size of 10 football fields") ## Competitive Advantages - **Plug-and-play deployment**: Robots deploy in less than 24 hours without WMS integration — a stark contrast to traditional automation that requires months of infrastructure changes - **Embodied AI stack**: Proprietary control system combining transformer-based action models, reinforcement learning-trained behaviors, and teleoperation fallback for industrial-grade precision - **Brownfield-first approach**: Designed specifically for existing warehouses where 93% of flows remain manual, rather than requiring greenfield facilities - **Founding team experience**: The team previously built and deployed industrial robotics at scale (thousands of robots, hundreds of millions in revenue) at Exotec, Parrot, and Decathlon - **Continuous learning**: Every deployment improves the system; what's learned in the field is reused to upgrade existing robots and accelerate new features ## Strategic Focus - Current priorities: Validating real-world use cases with industrial partners (palletizing, de-palletizing, container unloading); building toward production-ready deployments; scaling the engineering team - Growth direction: Moving from pilot deployments to production-scale operations, expanding the autonomous capabilities of their robot platform through continuous field learning ## Why Work Here - **Engineering culture**: Deep technical focus on embodied AI, robotics, and real-world autonomy. The team includes founders with hands-on experience at Exotec, Parrot, and Decathlon - **Work environment**: "MarsHome" is a dedicated space for building, testing, and iterating — a hands-on culture that values prototyping over theory - **Team composition**: Highly technical — 27% of the team are founders, and 27% are in specialist/engineering roles. Small, agile team of ~13 people - **Growth opportunity**: Early-stage company with rapid growth (+15.4% monthly headcount increase) — new hires will have significant ownership and impact - **Location**: Based at STATION F in Paris (world's largest startup campus) with a presence in the Netherlands - **Current open role**: Senior System Engineer — a critical senior position focused on building autonomy in warehouse environments ## Sources 1.
