Troubleshoot issues and ensure system functionality meets design specifications. - Optimization and Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system improvements across patient access and digital engagement tools; recommend configuration changes to enhance efficiency, usability, and patient experience. - Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for system build, design decisions, and workflows to support knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability. - Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, revenue cycle, digital, and project leadership to ensure alignment and successful execution of deliverables. ## Qualifications and Desired Skills - 3-6+ years of Epic experience with a strong focus on system configuration and build. - PB and HB certifications required. - Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization efforts, and/or Community Connect projects. - Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Referrals, RTE, billing, etc.) preferred but not required. - Strong understanding of Epic system functionality and interdependencies across patient access, digital engagement applications, and the broader revenue cycle. - Ability to translate business requirements into system build. - Experience with testing, validation, and issue resolution. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a project environment. - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
