Position Summary

Panelmatic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead executive, leadership, specialized, and other complex searches while helping strengthen recruiting capability across the organization.

As Panelmatic continues to scale, this role will bring a more advanced search capability to the Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will partner directly with senior leaders, develop strategies for difficult-to-fill searches, engage passive leadership talent, and provide meaningful market intelligence throughout the hiring process. This is also intended to be a player-coach role. The right person will be an exceptional individual recruiter who can model strong sourcing, candidate management, hiring-manager consultation, and search discipline for others. We want someone who can take on a difficult search while helping elevate how the broader team recruits.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive, leadership, highly specialized, confidential, and other business-critical positions.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into clear candidate profiles, search strategies, and realistic market expectations.
- Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, talent mapping, target-company research, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build relationships with passive executive, leadership, and specialized talent rather than relying primarily on active applicants.
- Provide leaders with candid market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation expectations, competitive dynamics, candidate quality, and search strategy.
- Manage complex candidate relationships throughout the process, including assessment, engagement, closing, and competitive situations.
- Act as a player-coach for the Talent Acquisition team, modeling and sharing stronger approaches to sourcing, candidate management, search calibration, and hiring-manager consultation.
- Help develop scalable recruiting practices, talent pipelines, and team capabilities that support Panelmatic’s continued growth.

Required Qualifications

- Seven or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting, or executive-search experience.
- Demonstrated success leading executive, leadership, highly specialized, or other complex searches.
- Advanced passive sourcing and research capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, direct outreach, and target-company strategies.
- Strong candidate assessment, relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to operate as a credible talent advisor to senior leaders.
- Exceptional learning agility and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar businesses, functions, technologies, and talent markets.
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth or scaling environment where priorities and organizational needs evolve quickly.
- Ability to influence and elevate recruiting practices through coaching, partnership, and example rather than relying on formal authority.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Executive or professional recruiting experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electrical, automation, energy, or another technically complex environment.
- Experience recruiting leadership talent across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Project Management, Information Technology, or related functions.
- Experience within a private-equity-backed, acquisitive, multi-site, or rapidly scaling organization.
- Combination of corporate Talent Acquisition and agency or executive-search experience.
