## About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Airwallex, you will play a key role in building our high-performing teams. You'll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent across a range of critical functions. You'll drive scalable recruiting strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and help shape the future of Airwallex as we continue our rapid global expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, across multiple business units and regions
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs and provide consultative guidance
- Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse, top-tier talent through creative sourcing techniques and strong relationship management
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform continuous improvement
- Contribute to employer branding, campus recruitment, and other strategic people initiatives

Requirements:

- 3+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably within technology, fintech, or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated success filling commercial and business-critical roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; adept at building partnerships with hiring managers and leadership
- Experience with modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics
- Passion for building high-performing, inclusive teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
