## Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent. You will lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. ## Key Responsibilities

- Talent Pipeline Architect: Creatively source top-tier talent through diverse channels, ensuring we hire the best and unlocking potential within each candidate for growth within Lantern.
