Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Senior Tech Consultant (m/w/d), um Teil unseres Tech Consulting Teams zu werden und durch die Entwicklung von Ergebnissen, Wandel voranzutreiben und messbare Resultate zu erzielen.

Als Senior Tech Consultant (m/w/d) wirst du verschiedenste IT-Projekte bei uns und unseren Partnern betreuten, indem du deine Expertise in Projektmanagement einbringst und nachhaltigen, messbaren Impact erzielst. Sei verantwortlich für:

- Steuerung und Umsetzung technologieorientierter Projekte - von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung
- Analyse und Bewertung technischer Systeme, Tools und Plattformen für unsere Kunden
- Identifizierung und Verbesserung technischer und operativer Prozesse, u.a. durch AI & Automation
- Unterstützung bei Systemauswahl und Implementierung neuer Technologien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tech-, Product- und Business-Teams sowie strategische Abstimmung mit dem COO
- Verantwortung für den Projekterfolg durch aktives Stakeholder-Management sowie Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister

Dein Profil:

- Studium oder Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Softwaretechnik, Produktmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Consulting, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbaren Rollen mit Fokus auf Tech (u.a. Data, AI, etc.)
- Begeisterung für Technologie & digitale Geschäftsmodelle, idealerweise mit Erfahrung aus einer Unternehmensberatung, einem Tech-Startup oder einer Digitalagentur
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu analysieren und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, technische und strategische Inhalte klar und überzeugend an verschiedene Stakeholder zu vermitteln
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Analyse, Prioritätensetzung, Organisation und Problemlösung
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem unternehmerischen Mindset
- Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachen-Niveau sowie fließendes Englisch sind ein Muss
