## About the Team & Mission

Pleos Playground는 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 환경에서 다양한 서드파티 애플리케이션과 서비스를 연결하는 플랫폼입니다. Operation Team은 앱이 안전하고 안정적으로 출시되고 운영될 수 있도록 앱의 전체 라이프사이클을 관리하며, 파트너와 내부 개발 조직을 연결하는 핵심 역할을 수행합니다. Technical Account Manager는 파트너의 기술적 성공을 책임지는 역할입니다. SDK, API, 개발 환경 및 플랫폼 정책에 대한 기술 지원을 제공하고, 연동 초기부터 출시 이후 운영까지 발생하는 다양한 기술 이슈와 리스크를 관리합니다. 또한 Product와 Engineering 조직과 긴밀히 협업하여 플랫폼 개선과 파트너 경험 향상에 기여합니다.

## Responsibilities

- 신규 파트너의 기술 온보딩을 주도하고 SDK, API, 개발 환경 및 플랫폼 정책을 지원합니다.
- 파트너별 기술 연동 범위, 일정, 주요 마일스톤 및 리스크를 관리합니다.
- 파트너의 서비스 구조와 플랫폼 연동 방식을 검토하고 최적의 기술 구현 방향을 제안합니다.
- 로그, API 요청·응답, 오류 정보 등을 분석하여 기술 이슈를 진단하고 해결 방안을 제시합니다.
- Product 및 Engineering 조직과 협업하여 기술 이슈를 해결하고 파트너와의 커뮤니케이션을 주도합니다.
- 기술 문서, FAQ, 샘플 코드 및 개발자 가이드를 개선하고 기술 워크숍과 교육을 지원합니다.
- 파트너 피드백과 운영 경험을 바탕으로 플랫폼 개선 과제를 발굴하고 제안합니다.

## Qualifications

- Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer, Developer Support 또는 관련 분야에서 7년 이상의 경력
- 외부 파트너의 기술 온보딩 및 시스템 연동 프로젝트를 주도한 경험
- REST API, SDK, HTTP, 인증(Authentication) 및 Client-Server Architecture에 대한 이해
- 로그, 오류 메시지 및 네트워크 요청을 기반으로 기술 문제를 분석하고 해결한 경험
- 복잡한 기술 내용을 다양한 이해관계자에게 명확하게 설명할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
