Bei NEURA Robotics werden unsere Technologien auf Messen, Kundenevents, Roadshows, Partnerveranstaltungen und internen Showcases erlebbar. Unsere Roboter sollen dort nicht nur beeindrucken, sondern zuverlässig, sicher und überzeugend funktionieren.

Für diese Rolle suchen wir jemanden, der die technische Verantwortung für sämtliche Robotik-Demos und Event-Applikationen übernimmt – von Industrierobotern über Humanoide und AMRs bis hin zu Greifern, Sensoren, Software-Features und kompletten Anwendungsszenarien.

Du übernimmst die technische Gesamtverantwortung für Robotik-Demos, Anwendungen und Live-Showcases auf Messen, Ausstellungen, Kundenevents, Roadshows und Partnerveranstaltungen.

- Du planst und koordinierst Demo-Setups mit Robotern, Humanoiden, AMRs, Cobots, Endeffektoren, Sensoren, Software-Anwendungen und angebundenen Systemen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass jede Demo technisch funktioniert, sicher ist, stabil läuft und für die Zielgruppe verständlich präsentiert wird.
- Du definierst die technischen Anforderungen für jedes Event, z. B. Flächenbedarf, Stromversorgung, Netzwerk, Sicherheitsbereiche, Roboterpositionierung, Bodenbeschaffenheit und Betriebsabläufe.
- Du koordinierst die Vorbereitung der Demos vor dem Versand, einschließlich Tests, Dokumentation, Verpackung, Ersatzteilen und Backup-Lösungen.
- Du verantwortest den technischen Aufbau und die Inbetriebnahme vor Ort und stellst sicher, dass alle Demos rechtzeitig einsatzbereit sind.
- Während der Veranstaltung betreust du den technischen Betrieb, koordinierst Support-Personal und löst technische Probleme schnell und pragmatisch.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Application Engineering, Product Management, R&D, Software, Hardware, Sales, Marketing, Logistik und externen Partnern zusammen.
- Gemeinsam mit den relevanten Teams entscheidest du, welche Demos für welche Veranstaltungen geeignet sind und was notwendig ist, um sie eventready zu machen.
- Du etablierst und pflegst klare Demo-Readiness-Prozesse, inklusive Checklisten, Testplänen, Risikoanalysen und Eskalationswegen.
- Du unterstützt Sales und Marketing mit technischem Know-how und hilfst dabei, komplexe Robotikanwendungen verständlich zu präsentieren.
- Du entwickelst das Demo-Portfolio kontinuierlich weiter und schaffst wiederverwendbare, skalierbare Demo-Konzepte für zukünftige Events.
- Nach jeder Veranstaltung sammelst du Feedback, dokumentierst Learnings und leitest konkrete Verbesserungen ab.

Auf was können wir uns freuen

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Robotik, Automatisierung, Application Engineering, Mechatronik, technischem Projektmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld.
- Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und dem Betrieb komplexer technischer Systeme in kundenorientierten oder Live-Demo-Umgebungen.
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Robotern, AMRs, Humanoiden, Automatisierungssystemen, Sensorik, Endeffektoren, Software-Anwendungen und Systemintegration.
- Du bist hands-on, arbeitest gerne praktisch und fühlst dich bei Aufbau, Tests, Troubleshooting und Support vor Ort wohl.
- Du verstehst, wie Hardware, Software, Safety, Logistik und Applikationsanforderungen in einer Live-Demo zusammenspielen.
- Du kannst mehrere Demos, Deadlines, Stakeholder und Prioritäten gleichzeitig managen.
- Du arbeitest erfolgreich mit cross-funktionalen Teams aus Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Logistik und externen Partnern zusammen.
- Du behältst auch unter Zeitdruck einen kühlen Kopf und findest pragmatische Lösungen für technische Herausforderungen.
- Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig und sorgst für realistische Backup- und Notfallpläne.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und übernimmst Verantwortung von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Durchführung.
- Du kannst technische Themen sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen Zielgruppen verständlich erklären.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch. Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
- Du bist bereit, national und international zu reisen.
