The PMT will translate the real-world needs of airline/airport customers and internal operators into a clear, prioritized product roadmap. The PMT is expected to decompose user needs into high-level system design and clear requirements that engineering teams can execute against. Delivery against the roadmap will require strong cross-functional collaboration with UX, infrastructure, autonomy, and operations teams to ensure that products are intuitive and reliable. You Will - Define and own the Fleet Operations product strategy and roadmap - Manage a multi-surface product roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management - Serve as the voice of the customer by continuously gathering and synthesizing feedback from airline/airport customers and internal operators to inform priorities - Scope phased product milestones that unlock value and provide instrumentation to enable data-driven iterative development over time - Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems - Partner with Systems Engineering to decompose product needs into system requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria - Participate in system design discussions with Infrastructure teams - ensure technical architectures are aligned with product needs and operational realities - Work with Program Management to ensure roadmap commitments are tracked, blockers are surfaced early, and dependencies are known - Prioritize the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes to ensure efficient development - Provide cross-functional leadership - Serve as the primary Point of Contact and Subject Matter Expert for Fleet Operations products - Communicate product vision and status to stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering, operations, and external customers - Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical audiences You Have - BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 5+ years of product management experience owning technically complex products end-to-end - Experience building operator-facing or operational tooling in environments where reliability and real-time performance are non-negotiable - Proven ability to ship 0 → 1 products in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority We Prefer - Experience building teleoperations, remote assistance, or fleet management products - Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure - Demonstrated ability to engage with infrastructure teams - you can read system design documents, reason about real-time system constraints, and push back on technical decisions that don’t serve product goals - Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems - Understanding of dispatch, routing, and resource allocation systems - Familiarity with airport/airline operations or large-scale fleet operations ## About AeroVect ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: AeroVect provides AI-powered autonomous ground support equipment (GSE) solutions to automate airside logistics for the world's largest airlines and airports. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: South San Francisco, California, USA - **Founded**: 2020 - **Founders**: Raymond Wang and Eugenio Donati ## Core Business - **Primary Industry**: Aviation logistics and autonomous vehicle technology (Airside Automation) - **Target Customers**: Large airlines, ground handling companies, and airports (Enterprise B2B) - **Mission/Purpose**: To enable unprecedented safety, reliability, and operational certainty in global aviation by deploying AI-powered autonomous ground support equipment. ## Products & Services - **[AeroVect Driver™]**: An AI-powered, self-driving system for Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
