We set standards, bring structure and help teams deliver complex products efficiently and predictably. For our Network initiative, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager – Network Products who will also act as Delivery Lead for products such as Network Automation and Monitoring, the new network fabric, network security products, Network-as-a-Product and our anti-DDOS solution. In this role, you help bring clarity, momentum, and accountability to multidisciplinary teams. You give people the rituals, tools and direction they need to deliver high quality work at pace, while promoting a healthy and sustainable way of working. You also coach other producers and help raise the bar for the entire discipline. ## WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Set direction with Product and Engineering: Work with product managers, technical leads and subject matter experts to define clear goals, scope and timelines for your products and initiatives. - Run the delivery engine: Lead stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Keep the team aligned, focused, and hitting their milestones without sacrificing balance or wellbeing. - Drive accountability and quality: Make sure commitments are clear, tracked, and delivered. Guard quality standards and help teams stay predictable in terms of scope, timelines, and outcomes. - Build and maintain production standards: Shape and improve discipline standards such as roadmaps, milestone plans, requirement documents, test plans, risk registers, post-mortems and output reporting. - Manage resources and capacity: Review team capacity, identify skill or staffing gaps and work with discipline leaders to ensure teams have what they need to deliver. - Spot and mitigate risks early: Actively manage dependencies, surface issues and unblock teams before they slow down progress. - Improve communication across teams: Chair meetings, structure documentation and run workshops or trainings to help teams collaborate smoothly. - Coach and develop producers: Support producers in your discipline, help them grow their craft and make sure they consistently apply production standards. - Track performance and output: Produce metrics on velocity, effort and team efficiency to help teams and leadership understand progress.
