The successful candidate should have broad experience in the field of traffic engineering and experience managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities of this role will include: - Generate project proposals and participate in project interviews in coordination with marketing staff and senior leadership - Develop project goals, scopes of work, and budgets to guide project activities - Coordinate and manage the work of project team members - Provide quality control and quality assurance on all aspects projects - Produce high-quality deliverables and communicate project findings to clients - Coordinate and collaborate with other senior leaders of the firm on client management and strategic business development - Pursue new business opportunities through relationships, professional organizations, etc. - Keep abreast of emerging trends in the transportation industry, such as autonomous vehicles, Smart Cities technologies, ridesharing, etc. - As opportunities present themselves, this role may also be involved in other responsibilities and projects.
