## Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Content Writer to join our Content team. You will write content for our websites and mobile app stores, working closely with the SEO and ASO teams to find the most valuable keywords and build content around them. You will work on content for all corners of the globe and take projects from brief to final delivery. This is a role for someone who loves crafting great copy, has an eye for detail and wants to see how their work performs in search and in app stores. FTMO is a leading proprietary trading firm that funds talented traders. Our mission is to democratize access to funding and empower traders worldwide.

What can you expect?

- Trading knowledge: Build a thorough understanding of trading, so your content is accurate and credible for our clients.
- SEO and ASO content: Work with the SEO and ASO teams to write powerful, engaging content, built around keywords and strategy.
- End-to-end delivery: Take projects from brief to final delivery, on time and to a high quality bar, utilizing industry-standard CMS tools.
- Quality control: Check content for accuracy, quality and brand readiness before it goes out.
- Collaboration: Work with the rest of the Content team and with colleagues across the business.
- Brand voice: Champion our Tone of Voice in everything you write.

What do we expect from you?

- Content marketing: 3+ years of experience across different content types and channels, with a specific emphasis on SEO and the use of CMS tools.
- Writing and SEO: Excellent written communication, with a foundation in SEO insights that put audience engagement first.
- SEO focus: A real passion for creating SEO-focused content for a global audience.
- Rigour: The attention to detail needed to work in a highly regulated sector. You are the person who spots what's off before it ships.
- Process: Organised and deadline-focused.
- Collaboration: You enjoy working with people across the business.
- Communication: Confident pitching, presenting and defending your ideas.
- Pace: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Language: Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
- AI: Familiar with AI tools and how to utilize them to increase productivity
- Industry knowledge: Experience in the financial sector is an advantage, but not essential.
- Portfolio: Able to show examples of your previous work.
