Deine Reise mit uns:

- SEO-Strategie: Gemeinsam im Team entwickelst Du unsere SEO-Strategie weiter und setzt Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der organischen Sichtbarkeit und Reichweite operativ um. Dein übergeordnetes Ziel ist dabei die Steigerung des SEO Non-Brand-Umsatzes.
- KI-Sichtbarkeit: Du baust unsere Sichtbarkeit in KI-gestützten Antwortsystemen wie ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini und Copilot aus, analysierst die Performance und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
- Content-Strategie & Umsetzung: Du entwickelst zielgruppenrelevante Content-Konzepte auf Basis von Keywords, Suchintentionen und Themenclustern sowie mit Fokus auf E-E-A-T.
- Content-Erstellung & Optimierung: Du erstellst und optimierst zielgruppenrelevante Inhalte auf Basis von Daten, Keywords und Suchintentionen. Dabei verbesserst du die Performance durch OnPage-, OffPage- und technische SEO-Maßnahmen und etablierst effiziente, KI-gestützte Prozesse.
- Performance-Analyse & Reporting: Du analysierst kontinuierlich die SEO-Performance, beobachtest Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen, erstellst aussagekräftige Reportings und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Du erstellst und optimierst Content mithilfe datengetriebener Analysen und etablierst effiziente, KI-gestützte Prozesse.
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für SEO-Themen und unser CMS in den Fachbereichen.

Was Du einpackst:

- Die hier genannten Aufgaben erfüllen Dich mit „Ja! Ja! Ja!"
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Suchmaschinenoptimierung mit.
- Du beherrschst OnPage-, OffPage- und technisches SEO sicher und denkst dabei strategisch wie operativ.
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an KI und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Tools (z. B. Copilot, …) – idealerweise bereits im Kontext von KI-Sichtbarkeit und KI-gestützter Content-Erstellung.
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit gängigen Tools mit (Sistrix, Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, …).
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge und User Experience sowie die Fähigkeit, daraus Optimierungspotenziale abzuleiten.
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit Typo3 oder einem vergleichbaren CMS System mit.
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl sowie Freude an zielgruppengerechter Content-Erstellung.
- Du denkst analytisch und bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität mit.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und gewissenhaft.
- Du begeisterst Dich für aktuelle Entwicklungen in SEO, KI, Online Marketing und E-Commerce.
