The primary goal of our Customer Services team is to give our users the best tools and an amazing experience. At Formlabs, that means answering every question – no matter how small – and providing the resources to enable our users to innovate and create. The Job: - Gain deep technical knowledge of the SLA (stereolithography) / SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) product environment - Act as the technical escalation point for customer issues arising from our SLA/SLS platform(s) - Develop and communicate technical troubleshooting steps to resolve in-field issues to our Services agents - Investigate issues which need further analysis to uncover root cause and partner with R&D/Documentation to deliver solutions - Track occurrence rate of ongoing and newly arising issues, and champion efforts across the organization to resolve them - Maintain systems that Services agents use to report customer issue You: - Bachelor's degree in engineering - Have 2-5 years of experience working in a technical role, ideally involving hardware, software and electrical systems - Demonstrated experience liaising between technical and non-technical teams - Highly accountable for pushing projects to completion, across multiple teams and stakeholders - Can balance daily responsibilities and escalations with long term projects.
