Deine Aufgaben:

- Installationsunterstützung, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von innovativen Wärmepumpen-Systemen bei unseren Kunden
- Unterstützung unserer Installationspartner bei der reibungslosen Integration in bestehende Heizungsanlagen sowie technische Beratung vor Ort
- Planung, Auslegung und kontinuierliche Optimierung hydraulischer Anbindungen
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Reparaturen im Außendienst
- Präzise Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte und Durchführung verständlicher technischer Einweisungen für Kunden und Partner
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement und unserem Technikteam zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Projekte

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Heizungs-, und Wärmepumpentechnik
- Berufserfahrung im Außendienst von Vorteil
- Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (mit Firmenfahrzeug) - Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. mobile Arbeitsberichte)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2/C1)
