Position Summary We are seeking  a highly motivated Shipping and Receiving Technician to join our Operations team.  A qualified candidate is responsible for packing and shipping customer orders, receiving incoming materials including managing inventory. Duties and Responsibilities - Fill customer orders per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure that products processed for shipping are delegated to the correct courier. - Receive and inspect incoming raw materials per SOPs. Document daily receiving log. - Assist in organizing warehouse inventory and routine inventory counts. Maintain good records of warehouse activities. Apply applicable labels to the inventory items in the warehouse. - Maintain and organize adequate shipping supplies. - Use manual and electric pallet jacket as needed. - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in Shipping/Receiving area. - Assist in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED with 4+ years’ experience in Shipping/Receiving. - Good understanding of warehouse management procedures. - Detail-oriented, efficient and a team player. - Experience working in ISO 13485 and GMP environment is a plus. - Experience working with major shippers: FedEx, UPS and DHL highly desired. - Computer literate. Proficient with MS Office/Windows. - Available to work extended hours. - Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The base salary range for this full-time position is $25/hour - $30/hour + bonus + equity + benefits.
