A propos du poste En tant qu'Opérateur de production systèmes défense, tu es au cœur de notre montée en puissance industrielle. Tu participes directement à l’assemblage, à l’intégration et aux tests de drones de nouvelle génération, dans un environnement dynamique où la qualité, la rigueur et la vitesse d’exécution sont essentielles.

Vos missions

- Assembler les différents sous-ensembles mécaniques et électroniques des drones
- Réaliser les connexions électriques et assurer l’intégration complète des systèmes
- Effectuer les tests de fonctionnement et vérifier les performances dans différentes conditions
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des méthodes d’assemblage et de production
- Contrôler la qualité des produits (mesures, inspections visuelles, tests)
- Diagnostiquer et corriger les défauts ou dysfonctionnements
- Lire et interpréter des plans techniques (schémas électriques, dessins mécaniques)

Profil recherché

- Idéalement formation technique (électronique, mécatronique, microtechnique ou équivalent)
- Première expérience en production, assemblage ou environnement technique (stage inclus)
- Profil manuel: assemblage mécanique, et idéalement expérience en soudure
- Avoir une passion ou faire partie d’une association de drones, robotique, électronique, horlogerie est un gros avantage!
- Rigueur, sens du détail et esprit d’équipe
- Envie d’apprendre et de progresser dans un environnement en forte croissance
- Français courant, l’anglais parlé est un avantage significatif!
