You will work with your team to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth operation of our Hop sites. ## What you'll be doing - Supervise that all orders are picked up on time. - Manage store openings and closures - Communicate with our riders to make sure deliveries are made promptly. - Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders to be sent to our customers. - Ensure that all deliveries are scanned and that any appropriate complaints are recorded. - Empty deliveries according to the procedure, paying attention to the accuracy of the positions of the products and the rotation of the dates. - Ensure that inventory counts are accurate and that all areas are counted. - Collaborate with our Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure the proper functioning of the site. - Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and tidy at all times and that any hazards are addressed promptly. ## Requirements - Fluent Italian (mandatory) + basic English (nice to have) - Experience in a similar environment is preferred - Hourly flexibility - Willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week - Experience in achieving targets Why Join Us?
