Görev ve Sorumluluklar

- Yamaha YSM20R dizgi makineleri, elek baskı (screen printer) ve fırınlardan (reflow oven) oluşan SMT hattının günlük operasyonunu ve organizasyonunu yönetmek

- Arıza durumlarında hızlı ve nokta atışı müdahalelerle hat duruş sürelerini (downtime) en aza indirmek

- Toplam Ekipman Etkinliğini (OEE) artırmak amacıyla hat dengeleme ve dizgi hızı optimizasyonu projeleri yürütmek

- Makine parkuru için periyodik ve kestirimci bakım süreçlerini planlamak, uygulamak ve bu süreçleri üst yönetime raporlamak

- Dizgi hatalarını (hizalama hatası, tombstoning vb.) analiz etmek, kök neden çözümleri üretmek ve AOI/SPI verilerini optimize etmek.

Aranan Nitelikler

- Üniversitelerin Elektrik-Elektronik, Mekatronik veya Otomasyon Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun

- SMT üretim süreçlerinde minimum 3 yıl pratik (hands-on) deneyim sahibi

- Yamaha YSM20R makinelerinin kurulumu, programlanması ve bakımı konusunda ileri düzey yetkinlik

- IPC-A-610 standartları ve lehimleme teknolojileri hakkında teorik ve pratik bilgi sahibi

- SMT programlama ve optimizasyon yazılımlarını etkin şekilde kullanabilen

- İleri düzey hızlı karar verme ve problem çözme becerilerine sahip

- Teknik literatürü ve dokümantasyonu takip edebilecek düzeyde gelişmiş İngilizce bilgisi
