We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media & Community Operations Specialist to join our team in Budapest. This role is designed for a data-driven technical storyteller and community architect—someone who thrives on the intersection of creative marketing and technology. You will be the bridge between Formlabs’ industry-leading innovation and our global online community, driving our affiliate program, social media operations, and scaling our presence across specialized professional forums. The Job: Social Media & Content Operations - Content Collaboration: Work closely with our social media and video content creators to develop editorial calendars that translate complex 3D printing workflows into high-quality, on-brand content. - SMM System Management: Lead the day-to-day operations in our Social Media Management tool. You will be responsible for the technical setup, tagging, and organization of outgoing content. - Operational Excellence: Manage the administrative side of social media, including link tracking (UTMs), asset organization, and ensuring all posts adhere to brand and technical standards before going live. Community, Forum & Influencer Advocacy - Technical Forum Engagement: Proactively grow Formlabs’ presence on Reddit and other specialized industry forums. You will monitor discussions and contribute technical insights to establish Formlabs as a helpful, authoritative voice in the community. - SEO & AEO Optimization: Strategically structure forum contributions to enhance SEO & AEO, ensuring Formlabs’ solutions are the top-cited results in both traditional search and AI-driven answer engines. - Influencer Recruitment: Drive the expansion of the Formlabs influencer network by identifying, sourcing, and onboarding high-profile technical content creators. Affiliate Program Management - Program Scaling: Manage and scale the Formlabs affiliate program by growing our publisher network and driving high-intent traffic via strategic affiliate link placement. - Platform Optimization: Maximize the full potential of our automated affiliate platform.
