Role Overview: This is a high-impact role with a unique opportunity to directly shape how our brands are seen, experienced, and remembered. As our Social Media & Community Manager, you will have direct access to our customers and communities across multiple brands. You will be one of the people closest to the conversations happening every day — helping influence brand perception, strengthen relationships, bring our brands to life, and create experiences that make people want to engage with us. You will play a meaningful role in building the personality, energy, and sense of connection behind our brands. We want our social presence and communities to feel human, engaging, fun, and welcoming — like being part of a family, not simply following a company. You will manage social media, create compelling visual and video content, moderate and grow communities, support podcast outreach and bookings, and execute influencer campaigns across a portfolio of brands, each with its own audience, voice, and priorities. ## Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation - Manage day-to-day social media channels across multiple brands, including planning, publishing, monitoring, and engagement. - Build and maintain social content calendars aligned with each brand’s marketing priorities. - Create engaging, on-brand graphics and social content using Canva. - Create and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels. - Repurpose webinars, podcasts, events, customer stories, and thought leadership into social-first content. - Maintain distinct brand voices and visual identities while ensuring consistency across channels. - Monitor social trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement. - Track performance by brand and recommend improvements based on results. Community Management - Manage and moderate private and owned community groups across multiple brands. - Monitor and participate in relevant external groups, forums, and online communities. - Create discussions, prompts, and other engagement activities tailored to each brand’s audience. - Maintain community guidelines and escalate sensitive issues when needed. - Identify recurring questions, feedback, and trends and share insights with internal teams. Podcast Outreach & Bookings - Research relevant podcast opportunities across the brand portfolio. - Conduct outreach and pitch executives and subject matter experts for guest appearances. - Coordinate bookings, scheduling, speaker preparation, and follow-up. - Maintain a pipeline of podcast contacts and opportunities. - Repurpose podcast appearances into social content and video clips. Influencer & Creator Campaigns - Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand advocates for each brand. - Coordinate influencer outreach, campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals. - Support both paid and organic influencer partnerships. - Ensure partnerships align with the audience, tone, and goals of each brand. - Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results. ## Qualifications - 1-5+ years of experience in social media, community management, digital marketing, or content creation. - Experience managing social media for multiple brands, business units, or distinct audiences. - Strong ability to shift between different brand voices, audiences, and priorities. - Proficiency with Canva and a strong eye for visual design. - Experience creating and editing short-form social video. - Experience managing or moderating online communities. - Strong writing, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Highly organized and able to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously. - Experience with influencer marketing, podcast outreach, or media relations is a plus. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means creating distinctive and engaging social presences across multiple brands, growing active communities, consistently producing strong visual and video content, and increasing brand awareness through podcast and influencer opportunities while keeping each brand’s voice, audience, and objectives clearly differentiated.
