## Job description

## About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Social Media & Design Specialist to support our nationwide field sales force. Our representatives sell industry-leading solutions—including NRS Point of Sale, merchant processing, business funding, and BOSS Revolution services—to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. In this role, you will serve as the dedicated creative resource for our sales team, transforming their local social media presence into a consistent driver of merchant leads. Key Context: This is a hands-on execution role rather than a high-level strategy position. Strategic priorities, brand guidelines, and target audiences are already established. We need an agile content creator who can independently design high-quality visual assets, produce short-form video, and maintain an active social media cadence in direct coordination with sales leadership and top-performing representatives.

## Requirements

What We Are Looking For (Must-Haves):

- Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish): Non-negotiable, as you will interact directly with our bilingual sales representatives and their clients.

- Strong Design Portfolio: We hire based on proven skill rather than job titles. Your portfolio should showcase engaging, professional social media content and brand assets.

- Hands-On Graphic & Video Creation: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software, with the ability to produce polished visuals and short-form video content.

- Social Media Expertise: Proven track record managing and growing Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business—with a focus on local/SMB promotion rather than generic posting.

- Autonomous & Highly Organized: Capable of balancing competing priorities, managing multiple reps' requests, and delivering consistent, high-quality output under minimal supervision.

- Empathetic Communicator: Comfortable and patient coaching non-tech-savvy team members on adopting digital tools and content best practices.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Basic Web & Landing Page Building: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.

- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Familiarity with paid social ad setup or organic lead-gen funnels.

- Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale), merchant services, payment processing, or the retail/small-business landscape.

- Advanced Video Editing: Experience crafting high-retention Reels, TikToks, and short-form storytelling.
