This role is fitting for someone who excels in an independent yet collaborative work environment, while meeting deadlines with hands-on design and on-camera content creation. The role is 100% remote. This is a W2 opportunity with itD and contracted at a Fortune 500 client in Silicon Valley. The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of leading global accounts. You will also interact closely with itD's Communities of Practice (CoP), expand your network, and grow your career. Job Title: Social Media Graphic Designer & Content Creator Location: Remote USA, preferably near an onsite location for potential onsite content & collaboration Duration: Long-term intended up to 24mos, contingent upon budget reviews and personal performance Compensation: DOE + full benefits Interview: 3 Rounds, Webex video Years of Experience: 3yrs+ Job Responsibilities: Build and iterate social-first design assets in Figma (e.g. swipeable carousels, animated graphics) maintaining visual consistency and brand standards across all deliverables. Design and produce graphics, motion graphics, and animations that bring assets to life (such as white papers and webpages) across social platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Concept, shoot, and edit short-form video for Instagram Reels and other social-first formats, from raw capture through final cut. Appear on camera for talking-head and social-first video content, serving as an on-screen presence for the brand where needed. Ability to edit long-form video into social-first content. Ability to be proactive in bringing trending topics and new content ideas to the team. Have a pulse on social media trends and best practices with a track record of rapid execution. Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed remote team and coordinate with social, brand, and product marketing partners to turn blog posts into finished, platform-ready content. Depending on location, work onsite periodically to capture and produce content that requires in-person shooting.
