And you can check off:

- Proven experience managing social channels for a brand, agency, or digital-first business;
- A strong feel for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Threads - their algorithms, formats, and how people actually behave on each;
- Hands-on short-form video skills, from scripting and filming to basic editing;
- Confidence reading social metrics - reach, engagement rate, shares, saves, video views, audience retention - and knowing what they're telling you;
