Are you an experienced social media specialist ready to take your career to the next level? We're searching for a data-driven and innovative Social Media Specialist to join our team! This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week).

You should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and a passion for staying ahead of the curve.

Your role: 📝

- Developing and implementing social media plans and strategies for clients and setting media KPIs.
- Managing social media budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Performing social media audits and competitive analyses to improve strategy.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including client services, creative agencies, and analytics teams.
- Keeping up with social media trends and best practices.
- Mentoring junior social media team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Participating in new business pitches.

Who You Are: We're seeking a highly motivated team player with:

- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms.
- Expertise in social media advertising, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A great team player who loves to work with various clients as well as partner agencies.
