This role requires strong engineering experience, customer facing soft skills and a high-ownership mindset. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, resilience, and a strong bias for action to lead complex projects through challenges and across the finish line. A background in formal engineering is a strong advantage. You will own the technical delivery of client engagements from discovery through project close. This includes shaping the solution, contributing to scope and estimates, approving the technical approach, supporting team formation, leading technical readiness, and driving delivery quality. You will make key technical tradeoff decisions, communicate progress and risks to management, escalate scope or feasibility concerns early, and ensure projects reach successful milestone and final completion. ## Key Responsibilities - Architect & Build: Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure services or AWS services (AKS / ECS, Azure Container Apps / Fargate, Blob Storage / S3, Document Intelligence / Textract, Azure App Service / EC2 ). - Full-Stack Development: Develop systems using Typescript, Python with frameworks like NextJS, FastAPI, LangGraph, using services like caches, message queues, relational and non relational databases, configure CI/CD pipelines. - Scalable & Secure Solutions: Create applications that are resilient, secure, and optimized for high performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to turn abstract ideas into functional solutions. - Innovate & Optimize: Explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to stay at the forefront of AI and software engineering. - Leadership: Bring your seniority to multiple teams, leading by example and giving direction. A good amount of your time will be spent advising, facilitating other team members, scoping, estimating and driving conversations with customers. You will be expected to kick off projects, take ownership of their technical delivery, and responsible of lead the team successfully across the finish line. - Multiple project Support: Being able to manage competing priorities while allocated to 1+ project is expected. - Interviewing: Work with our recruiting team to assess, interview and score candidates. ## What We’re Looking For Required Skills: - Proven expertise in software engineering with experience in Typescript and/or Python, working in both front and back end. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure. - Strong grasp of modern development practices, such as containerization, CI/CD, and API design. - Demonstrated ability to design and build secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.
