Estamos buscando um(a) desenvolvedor(a) Fullstack experiente em React e Node.js para se juntar à nossa equipe de manutenção e atualização de uma plataforma agêntica. O candidato ideal será responsável por garantir o bom funcionamento, estabilidade, segurança e evolução contínua da aplicação. Trabalhará em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo, com oportunidades para crescer e aprender com as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Manter e atualizar o sistema web existente, garantindo a estabilidade, segurança e integridade dos dados;
- Identificar e corrigir bugs, realizando testes para garantir a qualidade do software;
- Implementar novos recursos e melhorias, trabalhando de acordo com os requisitos e especificações técnicas;
- Colaborar com a equipe de desenvolvimento e as partes interessadas para entender as necessidades do negócio e propor soluções técnicas eficientes;
- Participar de revisões de código e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de desenvolvimento e boas práticas;
- Monitorar e investigar problemas operacionais, garantindo alta disponibilidade e performance da aplicação.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

- Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento Frontend utilizando React com a linguagem Typescript;
- Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento Backend utilizando NodeJS e Typescript em conjunto com o framework ExpressJS ou similares;
- Proficiência em banco de dados relacional PostgreSQL;
- Proficiência em banco de dados não relacionais como MongoDB;
- Familiaridade com o Docker;
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento de software;
- Conhecimento em testes automatizados e boas práticas de qualidade de software;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e gerenciar tarefas simultâneas;
- Habilidades de comunicação efetiva e trabalho em equipe;
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e capacidade de aprender rapidamente novas tecnologias/
- Experiência com projetos Monorepo utilizando o Lerna, ou ferramentas similares.

Desejáveis:

- Experiência em criptografia e outras tecnologias de segurança web;
- Conhecimento em OAuth2 e outras tecnologias de autenticação e autorização;
- Familiaridade com práticas de segurança cibernética e proteção de dados;
- Experiência com serviços da AWS, como Parameter Store, Lambda, API Gateway, entre outros;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment);
- Certificações relevantes em AWS.
