Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte do time responsável pela Seven, a assistente virtual do Inter, e atuará diretamente na construção da nossa plataforma de agentes de IA Generativa. Seu papel será central na transformação AI First do Inter — desenvolvendo soluções escaláveis com LLMs, orquestrando agentes inteligentes e garantindo que a inteligência artificial melhore de verdade a vida dos nossos clientes. Se você quer estar na fronteira da inovação em um dos maiores bancos digitais do Brasil, essa é a sua oportunidade.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Desenvolver e evoluir a plataforma de agentes de IA Generativa do Inter, garantindo escalabilidade e resiliência.
- Construir e orquestrar agentes inteligentes utilizando LangChain, LangGraph e modelos da OpenAI e Anthropic.
- Implementar pipelines de RAG com pgvector para enriquecer as respostas dos agentes com contexto relevante.
- Desenvolver e manter APIs com FastAPI e integrações via REST, conectando os agentes aos sistemas do banco.
- Contribuir para a evolução da Seven, assistente virtual do Inter presente no app para milhões de clientes.
- Monitorar a saúde e a performance dos sistemas com Grafana e New Relic, atuando proativamente na identificação de problemas.
- Trabalhar na redução de custos de inferência, avaliando modelos, estratégias de caching e otimização de prompts.
- Colaborar com times multidisciplinares no desenvolvimento de soluções que coloquem o Inter na fronteira do AI First.
- Participar dos ritos ágeis do Scrumban, contribuindo com estimativas, revisões e retrospectivas.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

- Sólida experiência com desenvolvimento de software em Java.
- Experiência com arquitetura e desenvolvimento de APIs REST.
- Conhecimento em conteinerização e orquestração com Docker e Kubernetes.
- Familiaridade com bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais (MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL).
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban ou Scrumban).
- Capacidade de aprender e se adaptar rapidamente a novas tecnologias, especialmente no contexto de IA Generativa.

Desejáveis:

- Experiência com desenvolvimento ou orquestração de agentes de IA utilizando LangChain ou LangGraph.
- Conhecimento em RAG e bancos de dados vetoriais como pgvector.
- Familiaridade com modelos de LLM da OpenAI e Anthropic e boas práticas de LLMOps.
- Experiência com FastAPI para desenvolvimento de APIs de alta performance.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de observabilidade como Grafana e New Relic.
- Experiência com plataformas de cloud, especialmente AWS Bedrock.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA como Cursor e Claude Code.
- Inglês intermediário para leitura de documentações técnicas e acompanhamento de novidades do ecossistema de IA.
- Experiência com desenvolvimento mobile.
- Vivência em empresas de tecnologia, fintechs ou bancos digitais.
- Conhecimento em LiteLLM para gerenciamento e roteamento de múltiplos modelos de LLM.
- Familiaridade com o protocolo MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experiência com Guardrails para validação e segurança de outputs de LLMs.
