Our engineers use Claude Code as their primary development tool with MCP connections to production data, Jira, Notion, Sentry, and Datadog. We expect engineers to actively leverage and improve these workflows. - Diagnose bugs and address root causes to enhance stability; participate in on call rotations - Actively engage in code reviews and technical discussions - Systematically identify and mitigate technical debt - Stay current with emerging technologies and participate in learning opportunities Core Requirements - 3+ years as a developer working with modern web frameworks (Rails, Django, or similar) - Experience with front end technologies (React, Angular, TypeScript) - Full stack development capability - Ability to work effectively in geographically distributed, agile environments - Active daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) with demonstrated productivity gains.
