We build and maintain highly scalable backend systems and distributed services that operate with extremely low latency and high reliability. Responsibilities: Backend Development ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. ● Build high-performance, reliable microservices capable of handling large-scale workloads. ● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable production-quality code. ● Develop reusable components and services following engineering best practices. ● Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture. System Performance & Reliability ● Optimize backend services for scalability, performance, and availability. ● Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions. ● Improve system reliability through monitoring, logging, testing, and observability. ● Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis when required. Collaboration ● Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features. ● Participate in code reviews to maintain engineering standards and improve code quality. ● Share knowledge and collaborate with teammates to solve technical challenges. ● Contribute to continuous improvements in engineering practices, testing, and SDLC processes.
