## THE ROLE

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform team, you will own significant components of kAIgentic's agentic orchestration platform. You'll design and build systems that handle stateful, long-running AI workflows with enterprise-grade reliability and observability.

## WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Design and implement durable workflow systems using Temporal for multi-step agentic processes
- Build the orchestration layer for LangGraph-based agent coordination
- Develop self-correction loops that validate LLM outputs and trigger re-prompting on schema failures
- Create comprehensive observability pipelines using Langfuse and Arize Phoenix
- Implement interrupt-and-resume patterns for human-in-the-loop workflows; own reliability and failure handling for critical workflow components
- Hey there, guys.Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions; drive AI-native development practices across the team

## WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Progressive years of experience building production backend or infrastructure systems; expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Go and Python; deep expertise in 2-3 of the following:
- Durable execution engines (Temporal, Cadence, or similar); agentic AI systems and LLM orchestration
- Distributed systems at scale; observability and tracing systems gRPC and service mesh architectures; experience with state management in distributed environments
- Track record of owning and delivering complex technical projects
