## Job description

As a Software Engineer at Marso Robotics, you will build the internal tools, applications and interfaces powering our robotic operations and autonomous systems. You will develop scalable and reliable software used to monitor, operate and improve robots deployed in real warehouse environments. Your role will cover both frontend and backend development with a strong focus on building practical and high-impact tools for real-world operations.

## Responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain full-stack applications used across robotic operations
- Develop internal tools, dashboards and operational interfaces
- Build reliable backend services, APIs and data flows
- Improve frontend usability and overall user experience
- Collaborate closely with Robotics, Software and Operations teams
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability and software reliability
- Debug and resolve production issues across the stack
- Write maintainable, tested and production-ready code

Profile

- Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications in production environments
- Strong frontend and backend development skills
- Experience with modern web frameworks and APIs
- Good understanding of software architecture and system reliability
- Comfortable working with databases, integrations and operational tooling
- Pragmatic and execution-focused engineering mindset
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and evolving environments
- Demonstrated experience using AWS, Azure or third-party cloud infrastructure (including data lake) will be appreciated

- Identifier et résoudre des problèmes en production sur l’ensemble de la stack
- Écrire un code maintenable, testé et prêt pour la production

Profil

- Expérience dans le développement et la maintenance d’applications full-stack en environnement de production
- Solides compétences en développement frontend et backend
- Expérience avec des frameworks web modernes et des APIs
- Bonne compréhension de l’architecture logicielle et de la fiabilité des systèmes
