The Opportunity Pantheon is building the next generation of web content infrastructure — a real-time, collaborative platform that redefines how teams create, publish, and manage content on the modern web. As a Software Engineer II on this team, you will be an early engineer on a founding-stage product with real momentum behind it. You will build features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and work alongside a small, senior team that moves fast and cares deeply about craft. This is not a role where you wait for tickets — it is a role where you help define what gets built and how. ## The Role You will work across the full stack — backend services, APIs, and frontend systems — building the core capabilities of a real-time collaborative content platform. You will work closely with a small team of engineers, as well as product and design partners, to ship features that developers and content teams rely on every day. This team is early-stage by design. The product is being defined as it is built, and every engineer on the team has a meaningful voice in that process.
