Defense primes and startups choose nTop when mission success isn't negotiable. ## Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (5-10 years experience) to revolutionize our internal developer velocity by building the next generation of developer infrastructure and smart tooling. You will bridge the gap between our engineering teams and modern coding assistants, moving beyond traditional CI/CD to treat developer experience (DevEx) as a first-class product. You will own the developer harness for our engineering organization—building automated support workflows, managing repository context (like claude.md), and designing self-service tooling that seamlessly integrates into the developer workflow to accelerate our C++/Python engineering teams. ## Key Responsibilities - Development Harness: Build, manage, and scale the infrastructure that supports modern coding assistants.
