Ton futur challenge : Software Engineer (Confirmé ou Senior) Au sein de la R&D, tu seras responsable de l'intégration et de la livraison des projets techniques et fonctionnels de la plateforme OMS. Ton rôle est central : garantir la stabilité, la performance et l'évolutivité du logiciel utilisé par les plus grands noms du retail mondial.

Tes missions, si tu les acceptes :

- Développement & Qualité : Assurer la qualité des développements pour garantir une plateforme stable, performante et évolutive.
- Conception & Architecture : Participer ou mener les conceptions techniques, porter les choix technologiques et réduire activement la dette technique.
- Excellence & Partage : Promouvoir l’excellence technique à travers la revue de code et le mentoring (selon séniorité) pour faire grandir l'équipe.
- Innovation & IA : Expérimenter de nouvelles solutions, notamment liées à l'IA, pour optimiser le quotidien des développeurs et la valeur produit.
- Observabilité : Mettre en place et exploiter le monitoring applicatif pour identifier les axes d'amélioration continue du logiciel.

Ce que nous cherchons chez toi :

- Formation & Expérience : Minimum 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en développement web sur des projets complexes.
- Expertise technique : Solides compétences en Go, Python et/ou Vue.js / TypeScript. Tu maîtrises les principes d’une architecture logicielle saine.
- Mindset : Passionné(e) par la data, tu es rigoureux(se) et désires mener des projets de bout en bout en autonomie.
- Langues : À l’aise en communication orale et écrite en anglais.
- Bonus : Maîtrise des micro-services, connaissance de GCP, ou usage d'outils de monitoring/tracking (Datadog, GA, etc.).
