Cosa farai Entrerai a far parte del team Engineering e lavorerai su tutto il ciclo di sviluppo del prodotto, contribuendo a progettare, sviluppare e migliorare funzionalità utilizzate ogni giorno dai nostri clienti. Nel concreto ti occuperai di:

- progettare e sviluppare funzionalità end-to-end, dall'idea al rilascio, e misurarne l'impatto reale sugli utenti
- fare evolvere la codebase e l'infrastruttura, mantenendole veloci, manutenibili e affidabili al crescere dei volumi e dell’offerta prodotti
- fare code reviews e portare le tue best practices nel team, imparando dalle sue
- lavorare ogni giorno con i team di product, data, design, infra, tech support e altri per trasformare problemi complessi in soluzioni semplici

Chi stiamo cercando Cerchiamo una persona con almeno 4 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software, curiosa, pragmatica e con voglia di costruire. Ci piacerebbe se avessi:

- esperienza nello sviluppo full stack e interesse ad approfondire la programmazione funzionale. Lavoriamo principalmente con Elixir (backend), TypeScript (frontend) e Python (data/AI);
- esperienza con database, servizi di storage e architetture dati;
- sei “AI-pilled”. Hai già usato e continui a usare l’AI per migliorare velocità E qualità;
- business acumen. Ti interessa costruire soluzioni che migliorano la vita dei tuoi clienti e che fanno crescere la tua azienda, at the same time;
- esperienza di lavoro in team cross-funzionali in aziende di prodotto. Apprezziamo in particolare chi ha già lavorato in startup o in aziende in forte crescita, dove velocità, autonomia e capacità di adattamento fanno parte della quotidianità;
- ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell’inglese.
