You should like computers. - Backend experience. ## DESCRIPTION As Silna scales our technology platform to a broader customer base, we are expanding on a few efforts: - Clinical case management. At times insurance companies require clinician action, and we’re pulling an email based process into a proper case management system, streamlining the clinical staff's processes. - An external facing API. As our customers are leveraging Silna to automate never before automated processes, we have the opportunity to be the standard bearer for the proper data schema for prior authorizations. - Integrating cutting edge models into our automation processes. We are integrating new technologies such as OpenAI’s end to end voice model to automate tedious phone calls and Anthropic’s computer use model to automate traditional web portals. These are just a few of the engineering challenges we are presently tackling, and with healthcare being a relatively greenfield space, there’s constantly room to leverage software to 10x efficiency across clinical staff to the back office. We are bringing on engineers to help us execute across the board. This role reports directly into Silna’s CTO.
