## VOTRE MISSION

En tant qu'Architecte de Solutions IA – Europe (Avant-Vente), vous êtes le partenaire technique stratégique de l'équipe commerciale et le pilote technique de notre expansion sur le marché Allemand. Votre mission est de concevoir des solutions innovantes et robustes basées sur la plateforme et les modèles d'ILLUIN, en réponse aux défis métier complexes de nos grands comptes européens. Vous êtes le garant de la faisabilité technique de la solution proposée et le pivot de la confiance entre les besoins des clients internationaux et la puissance de nos produits.

## RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS

Votre rôle s'articule autour de 4 axes principaux :

🚀 Pilotage Technique de l'Avant-Vente & Développement International

- Discovery & Qualification : Animer des ateliers techniques en France et en Allemagne avec les prospects (DSI, architectes, Data Scientists) pour comprendre en profondeur leurs cas d'usage, leurs contraintes (métier, sécurité, infrastructure) et leurs objectifs.
- Conception de solution : Concevoir et chiffrer des architectures de solution sur mesure (Cloud, on-premise, hybride) qui intègrent nos produits d'IA Générative (LLM, RAG, agents, etc.).
- Démonstration & PoC : Préparer et réaliser des démonstrations produits percutantes et adaptées aux spécificités des marchés cibles. Suivre la réalisation de Proof of Concept (PoC) pour prouver la valeur et la performance de nos solutions dans l'environnement du client.

🤝 Soutien au Cycle de Vente International

- Partenariat commercial : Travailler main dans la main avec les Account Executives (France & Allemagne). Intervenir en véritable "partner" durant le cycle de vente et adapter la stratégie technique aux cultures d'affaires locales.
- Réponse aux Appels d'Offres (RFI/RFP) : Piloter la rédaction des volets techniques, fonctionnels et architecturaux des réponses (en anglais et en allemand), en mettant en valeur nos différenciateurs (souveraineté européenne, performance, confiance).
- Soutenance & Closing : Participer activement aux soutenances clients à l'international pour défendre la proposition de valeur technique, lever les objections et rassurer les décisionnaires (DSI, RSSI, Directeurs Métier).

🌉 Interface R&D et Produit

- Feedback Marché Européen : Capturer et synthétiser les retours terrain (notamment les exigences spécifiques du marché allemand en matière de sécurité et de conformité) pour nourrir la roadmap produit et R&D.
- Passation : Assurer un transfert de connaissances fluide aux équipes de Delivery (CSM, Professional Services, Direction de Projet) après la signature du contrat.

💡 Veille & Évangélisation

1. Expertise : Maintenir une veille technologique de pointe sur l'écosystème de l'IA Générative.
2. Représentation Européenne : Agir en tant qu'expert technique d'ILLUIN lors d'événements majeurs, salons professionnels (notamment en Allemagne) et webinaires.

## PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

## COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES (HARD SKILLS)

- Formation : Bac+5 minimum (Grande École d'Ingénieurs) en Informatique, Data Science, ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans un rôle technique en contact client (Solution Architect, Ingénieur Avant-Vente, Consultant IA/Data senior, Tech Lead).
- Expertise IA Indispensable : Excellente maîtrise des concepts de l'IA et du Machine Learning (ML). Connaissance approfondie de l'écosystème IA Générative : LLM (principes, fine-tuning), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), pipelines de données, bases de données vectorielles (Vector DBs). Maîtrise de l'écosystème MLOps et des outils associés.
- Architecture & Infra : Solides compétences en architecture logicielle et intégration de systèmes (API, microservices). Maîtrise des environnements Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) ET On-Premise (Kubernetes, Docker, virtualisation).
- Sécurité & Souveraineté : Maîtrise des enjeux de sécurité des données, de la réglementation européenne (RGPD, AI Act) et des exigences de souveraineté numérique (SecNumCloud, C5 en Allemagne, etc.).
- Programmation : Maîtrise de Python et des principales librairies data/IA (Pandas, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Transformers, etc.).

## LANGUES & MOBILITÉ

1. 🇩🇪 Allemand : Bilingue ou niveau langue maternelle (indispensable pour mener des ateliers techniques et négociations avec le marché allemand).
2. 🇫🇷 Français : Bilingue / Langue maternelle (indispensable au quotidien pour le business et la technique).
3. 🇬🇧Anglais : Courant / Fluent (indispensable pour le business et la technique).

✈️ Mobilité : Poste basé en France (siège social) avec des déplacements fréquents à prévoir en Europe, principalement en Allemagne (environ 20% à 30% du temps).
