## Job description

Founded in 1999 in Vienna, the Qualysoft Group is a manufacturer-independent IT consulting and services company, which successfully provides support for its international customers with the aim of boosting their competitiveness and economic efficiency through innovative IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Review and validate software solutions to ensure they meet business, quality, and architectural requirements.
- Perform functional and integration testing, define test scenarios, and verify system behavior against expected outcomes.
- Analyze and challenge proposed technical solutions, system designs, and implementation approaches.
- Review developers' deliverables, identify defects, assess risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate APIs, integrations, system interactions, and technical documentation to detect potential issues and improvement opportunities.
- Prioritize, track, and support the resolution of defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to drive high-quality solution delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in software quality assurance and solution validation.
- Support architectural governance by assessing compliance with established standards, principles, and non-functional requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (QA), software validation, and solution review activities.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional and integration testing.
- Experience reviewing technical solutions, system designs, and implementation approaches.
- Ability to identify defects, assess solution quality, and ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, code logic, and technical documentation review processes.
- Experience working closely with software developers, business analysts, and solution architects in complex project environments.
- Understanding of solution architecture principles, system integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, reliability).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Professional working proficiency in both Hungarian and English.
