This role will serve as a central point of coordination between the CEO’s Office, senior leaders, Marketing, Sales, external event organizers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure engagements are thoughtfully planned and executed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior executives and external partners in a fast-paced environment. They will manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously, anticipate needs and potential issues, and ensure speakers are well prepared and all event commitments and materials are delivered on time. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics while maintaining a polished and professional experience for VantageScore’s executives and external partners. Speaker & Executive Engagement Management - Coordinate end-to-end logistics for speaking engagements. - Manage communications with speakers, event organizers, and internal stakeholders. - Track and maintain speaker biographies, headshots, presentations, travel requirements, and other event-related information. - Coordinate speaker preparation, briefings, and deadlines. Speaking & Sponsorship Coordination - Maintain a comprehensive calendar and tracking system for speaking engagements, sponsorships, deadlines, commitments, and deliverables. - Serve as a central point of coordination for external events and sponsorship opportunities. - Ensure sponsorship benefits, commitments, and associated deliverables are tracked and fulfilled. Materials & Assets - Coordinate and organize presentation decks, speaker materials, event collateral, and other required assets. - Ensure materials are completed, reviewed, approved, and delivered according to event timelines. Cross-Functional Event Coordination - Develop and maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each engagement. - Coordinate closely with the CEO’s Office, Marketing, Sales, other executive leaders, vendors, and event organizers. - Keep stakeholders aligned on responsibilities, deadlines, logistics, and expectations. - Anticipate potential issues and help minimize last-minute requests or changes. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus.
