Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt hierbei auf der Herstellung von Krebstherapeutika. Mit der Unterstützung von über 2.000 Mitarbeitenden an unseren drei Standorten in Bloomington, Indiana, USA; Parsippany, New Jersey, USA und Halle/Westfalen, Deutschland, können wir unseren Kunden ein breites Portfolio von Verabreichungssystemen anbieten, darunter vorgefüllte Spritzen, flüssige/lyophilisierte Fläschchen, Verdünnungsmittel für die Rekonstitution, mit Pulver gefüllte Fläschchen und sterile Kristallisation. Neben der GMP-Herstellung bieten wir auch weitere Dienstleistungen an, darunter Unterstützung bei der Formulierung und Entwicklung, Gefriertrocknungsoptimierung, globale regulatorische Unterstützung sowie Sekundärverpackung.

Wir produzieren in unserem Werk in Halle/Westfalen Arzneimittel zur Therapie verschiedener Krebs- und anderer lebensbedrohenden Erkrankungen.

Für unser Team suchen wir Sie als Specialist (m/w/d) Sterility Assurance Validation.

In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Reinraumqualifizierung, die Durchführung und Bewertung aseptischer Prozesssimulationen (Media Fills) sowie die Erstellung und Pflege von Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR). Dies bedeutet im Einzelnen:

- Planung, Koordinierung, Durchführung, Dokumentation, Evaluierung von (Re-)-Qualifizierungen von Räumen im Rahmen von internen Projekten und Kundenprojekten
- Pflege und Optimierung des Systems der Reinraumqualifizierung nach Stand der Technik / Behörden- und Konzernanforderungen
- Erstellung von Validierungsplänen und Berichten im Zuständigkeitsbereich / meist in englischer Sprache
- Erstellung / Pflege von Validierungsanweisungen / Berichtsvorlagen
- Erstellen von Risikoanalysen
- Pflege und Optimierung des Systems aseptische Prozesssimulationen (Media-Fills) nach Stand der Technik / Behörden- und Konzernanforderungen
- Erstellen von Jahresberichten inkl. Visualisierung, Auswertung und Trending von Prozessdaten
- Vertretung der Abteilung PPQ und Präsentation von Validierungskonzepten / Ergebnissen in Audits und Inspektionen
- Abarbeitung von Findings aus Audits und Inspektionen
- Support bei der Erstellung von Validierungsangeboten für die Lohnfertigung

Sie bringen mit:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche Qualifikation

- Kenntnisse im GMP-regulierten Umfeld sowie idealerweise in der aseptischen Herstellung von Arzneimitteln

- Erfahrung oder fundierte Kenntnisse in der Qualifizierung und Validierung pharmazeutischer Prozesse

- Gute Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich Qualifizierung und Validierung

- Fachwissen in den Bereichen Reinraumqualifizierung, Environmental Monitoring, Hygiene und Mikrobiologie

- Kenntnisse in der Durchführung und Bewertung aseptischer Prozesssimulationen (Media Fills) von Vorteil

- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein

- Organisationsstärke sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

- Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und pragmatische Herangehensweise

- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sowie Microsoft Outlook

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
