## Job description

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) motivé(e) et dynamique pour joindre notre équipe de recouvrement et de trésorerie. Le rôle sera principalement axé sur le recouvrement (environ 90 % du stage). Les tâches liées à la gestion de trésorerie représenteront environ 10 % et seront introduites graduellement, une fois que la personne en poste aura bien compris nos processus, nos clients et notre environnement d'affaires. Il s'agit d'un poste concret au sein d'une entreprise de technologie publicitaire (ad tech) au rythme soutenu. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les équipes de Ventes et de Finance pour assurer le suivi des paiements, concilier les comptes et soutenir les projets d'amélioration des processus, incluant les initiatives d'intelligence artificielle (IA) et d'automatisation.

Responsabilités clés: Recouvrement (90 %)

- Assurer le suivi des factures impayées auprès des clients.

- Communiquer avec les clients, l’équipe des ventes et les équipes internes par courriel et par téléphone.

- Aider à résoudre les problèmes de paiement et les litiges.

- Préparer les rapports de classement chronologique des comptes (aging reports) et analyser les comptes en souffrance.

- Concilier les comptes anciens et identifier les écarts.

- Tenir des registres précis des actions de recouvrement.

- Soutenir le processus d'escalade au besoin.

- Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et aux projets liés à l'IA.

Gestion de trésorerie (10 %) Les responsabilités en trésorerie seront introduites progressivement et peuvent inclure :

- Soutenir la production de rapports de trésorerie.

- Aider à la conciliation bancaire.

- Assister à l'affectation des encaissements (cash allocation).

- Participer à divers projets de trésorerie.

Profil recherché:

- Apprentissage rapide, dynamisme et esprit proactif.

- À l'aise de communiquer avec les clients et les partenaires internes.

- Une expérience préalable en service à la clientèle est un atout.

- Ne craint pas les conversations directes ou les confrontations lorsque nécessaire.

- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du détail.

- Intérêt pour l'IA, l'automatisation et l'optimisation des méthodes de travail.

- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.

- Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais.
