Pharmacy Technician – Specialty (Hospital Setting)

~ $4000 Sign-on Bonus! ~

📍 Onsite in Worcester, MA 💼 Full-Time | Rotating Shifts | Monday through Friday, Day Shifts between 6AM to 6PM, Weekends as Needed

💊 What You’ll Do

As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include:

- Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter
- Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions
- Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

- Guaranteed 40 hours/week
- Rotating shifts between:
- Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Occasional Saturday shifts
- Hourly Pay Range: $20 – $25 (based on experience, skills, and location)

✅ What You’ll Need

- Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (required)
