What You'll Do: - Own Strategy End-to-End: Lead collections strategy initiatives from initial opportunity identification through design, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization. - Design Multi-Channel Treatments: Determine contact timing, frequency, treatment sequencing, and segmentation across email, SMS/MMS, outbound dialing, and digital self-service channels. - Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate strategic concepts into actionable business requirements and clear business cases for Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. - Drive Cross-Functional Momentum: Partner across Data Science, Client Management, Contact Center Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance to move initiatives into production without relying on formal authority. - Optimize Key Metrics: Monitor delivery, engagement, payment conversion, and payment plan break rates to improve client scorecard performance and recovery outcomes. - Leverage Modern AI & Analytics: Utilize AI tools to accelerate hypothesis development, research, and strategy design while building repeatable testing frameworks.
