Then read on. ## What you’ll be doing… - Serve as the primary onsite technical consultant and trusted advisor for a ScienceLogic Public Sector customer. - Lead hands-on installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of ScienceLogic solutions. - Partner with customer technical and management teams to provide technical guidance, problem resolution, and implementation support. - Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for issue resolution, product enhancements, and future needs. - Maintain accurate project, customer communication, and technical documentation in ticketing and knowledge management systems. - Support customer security, ATO, audit, and change-management processes while following Professional Services best practices.
